3D Visualisation Case Study

Step 1 - Files Required

To get started we require your detailed elevation & Floor Plans in either PDF Format or DWG format (preferably).

Site Photographs would be advantageous for recreating and matching scenery to tie in your 3D model into the space where your development will be taking place.

Additionally any images of designs you have in mind and would like to see implemented into your 3D model would be extremely helpful. The more information we receive from you the more accurate the final result will be.

From all the information you’ve supplied to use we start creating your 3D model. From this 3D model we will issue you a draft images of your model using your own desired viewpoints.

During the draft stage it is important that we receive any comment back on any changes you feel need to be implemented before Step 3. Should changes be made we will then implement and re issue draft images for approval.

Step 3 - Texturing, Shadows & Lighting.

Once your desired viewpoint has been chosen and any changes from the draft issue implemented we will go ahead with material texturing lighting & shadow detailing.

At this stage of the 3D visual creation we will require all colour& material details from you in order to get to a close to representation of what your project will look like on completion.

We understand that these details may not necessarily be set in stone at this point in the project so further drafts will be issued for any comment.
