These include service providers such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and LuckyOrange. You can opt out of this by disabling ‘3rd party’ cookies within your browser (however make sure you do not disable cookies altogether, as Denaploy Manuals along with the majority of sites on the internet will not function as expected).

Sharing with 3rd Parties

Denaploy Ltd does not share any personal information with third parties outside of the ‘Denaploy Group of Companies’; except for information specifically supplied for the creation of an Operation and Maintenance manual.

Anonymous information is captured by Google Analytics so that we can monitor site statistics and user behaviour as an overview.

Communications you may receive

We may contact you by email, telephone or in writing in the event there is a problem with the information you have supplied, or in response to a query you have raised.

Legitimate Interest

Occasionally we would like to contact you with latest information about our services relevant to you. As a legitimate interest, such contact will be limited to our active users. ‘Active Users’ are classed as users of the site which we have had correspondence with within the previous 48 months or have engaged with any of our services.
